Ordering
There are four ways that you can place your gift basket order with Chesapeake Bay Gift Baskets: online, by phone, by email or by fax.
Online
To place your gift basket order online, simply follow the steps through the check out process on our website www.chesapeakebaygiftbaskets.com. Should you have any questions during this process, please give us a call at 877-303-6839 or 202-286-2298.
Telephone
If you would prefer to place your gift basket order by telephone, please call us at 877-303-6839 or 202-286-2298. Before you call, you can choose the gift basket you would like to order by "window shopping" on our website, or we will help you create a custom gift basket right on the phone.
Email
If you would like to email your gift basket order to us, download the order form, Gift Order Form.doc (67 KB).

Fax

Shipping Orders will be shipped by UPS. The shipping charge is not marked up - it is the charge from the carrier. Standard orders received before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day; large orders, custom orders and orders during peak holiday seasons may take longer.
Local Delivery in Washington DC
If you live in the immediate metro area, local delivery may be an option. Please call us at 202-286-2298 to discuss - any order eligible for local delivery must be placed by phone, not online.
Shipping Wine
Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AR, KS, KY, ME, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN and UT. All wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21.
