Substitutions
On rare occasions, we may need to substitute a product based on availability. Should this be required, we will substitute the product with a similar product of equal or greater value. In no way will any substitution change the attractiveness or value of your gift.
Returns
Perishable products such as fruit cannot be returned. These products will be replaced should they arrive damaged. Non-perishable products should be returned in their original packaging within 14 days.
